With this type of housing contract, residents are only responsible for their portion of monthly installments. The Knox Apartments is conveniently located in downtown Knoxville’s Fort Sanders historic district, across the street from the University of Tennessee at 1511 Clinch Avenue, Knoxville, TN, 37916. Our apartments in Knoxville are located right across from Volunteer Hall, just a five-minute walk from Hodges Library, and seven minutes from Neyland Stadium!
We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On Saturdays, our leasing office is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
For your convenience, monthly installments include furniture, high-speed wireless Internet, basic expanded cable, and trash services. Additionally, you will have access to our amazing amenities and on-site staff!

Yes! If you’re looking for a roommate for your UTK apartment, fill out our roommate-matching questionnaire online when you sign your housing contract. We use that information to match you with your ideal roommate or roommates! If you already have one or more roommates selected, we can help sort out the details with that, too! You’re welcome to pay by check or money order at our leasing office during business hours, or you can pay online through our resident portal!
Installment payments are due on the first (1st) day of each month, with a grace period until the third (3rd) day of the month. Installment payments are considered late beginning on the fourth (4th) day of each month. Please note that late fees will start to accrue beginning on the fourth (4th) day of the month.
You can easily complete the entire leasing process online by completing and submitting an apartment application. Fill out and submit your application, your guarantor’s application, and your roommate preferences form. While you can complete the housing contract for your new apartment online, we are available on-site if you wish to visit us to apply in person!
